Pyramid Education Services Inc. was tasked with preparing marketing and sales budgets to expand a College from one to four locations. Along with the budgets was in-house hiring and training up an admissions staff of sixteen. The project was successful, taking the company from four million to twenty million in start revenue over one year.
Canada Ontario Job Grant
Upgrade Processes & Performance
Pyramid Education Services Inc. was called into a college to grow the admissions team from one to four staff using the Canada Ontario Job Grant. Over a period of four months, all staff were functioning at full capacity following a performance model. Sales increased double.
One Location Upgrade
Implement New Reporting
